Near to Sticky Forest bike park, hiking at lake 10m walk to outlet of the Clutha River.

Located on a lifestyle block this private unit has everything you need and is only 5 minutes drive to Three Parks or 10 minutes into the heart of Wanaka. Location is between Wanaka and the airport, only a minute or two drive to the lavender farm. The unit is attached to our shed, it has 1 bedroom, bathroom and an open plan kitchen/dining/lounge with excellent indoor outdoor flow. Owned by a young family, please make sure you’re ok with hearing kids and sounds that come from a rural environment

If you enjoy walking there are a couple of tracks close by where you can enjoy the river or a good hill walk

Large bedroom upstairs with a super king bed and a small en-suite. Downstairs is the living room with a kitchenette. The cottage is located in a quiet neighbourhood, 4km from the town centre and 500m from Penrith Beach. Walking, hiking and mountain bike trails are all close.
