This modern, well appointed apartment in Albert Town, Wānaka, is alongside the Clutha River and 3.5 km (5 minute drive) from the Wānaka township. The apartment is adjacent to a selection of walking and biking tracks accommodating all levels of fitness. Available now, new upmarket luxury lakefront apartment, privately owned. Apartment is located on ground level, beautifully designed, built and appointed, with it's own onsite parking. Located on the lakefront with stunning lake and mountain views, just a short 700 meter stroll to downtown Wanaka's shops, restaurants, and bars. During the ski season months of July ,August and September, a drying room for ski gear will be available on request, when booking.

Fancy a private place with mountain vistas, big wide open skies and a comfy warm bed and fully fenced private area? This is a self contained cabin with a seperate bedroom and ensuite. The cabin is situated on the corner of a 1 acre section surrounded by native plants and a small vegie bed for your use. Its located in Lake Hawea township and is a short drive or 12 min walk to the Lake. Wanaka township is a 15 min drive.

Lismore Luxury 1, 5 minutes walk from the town

Amazing location so close to town with the best views of the lake. The en-suited room has a comfortable Queen Bed with an electric blanket. The hotel-style room has hot drink making facilities and a TV with Freeview, and are also enabled for Netflix if you have your own account. There is no access to a kitchen nor any cooking facilities and no laundry. There is a laundromat nearby.
