A guest's favourite, we are located in a well-established, private and sheltered corner of Rippon Lea with amazing mountain views. The living and dining areas open onto the large sunny deck, great for families. The home is heated by a large log burner and heat pump. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor with own bathroom and toilet. The main bedroom is upstairs with ensuite and enjoys excellent lake views. Plenty of off-street parking for cars and boats. Fully fenced section. Pets OK.

This family friendly house is walking distance to Wanaka town and the lake front. The bedrooms are adaptable so it is worth enquiring about the needs of your group. Our property was built in 2016 it has wonderful mountain vistas, walking & mountain bike tracks at its door step, light and airy inside with modern decor, open plan living, cool kids bunk room, great indoor out door flow for entertaining on the patio, wood fire for colder winter months. Cardrona and Trebble Cone ski fields just 30mins drive away and the lake is a fifteen minute walk or a few minutes drive.
