A Good Find

A well appointed studio room with a private entrance and sweeping views of the mountains. The studio contains a queen bed, private ensuite, outdoor patio, and garden area. There are coffee and tea making facilities, but the room does not have a kitchen or fridge. Please note that we live onsite and have a toddler 👶 and a dog 🐶 which means our house is not always peaceful! We do our best to be welcoming, friendly and share our little slice of paradise. We have two e-bikes available for hire.

Barn Studio On Aubrey

Our serene studio is a welcoming & cosy home away from home. Independent from our main house with its own entry & off-street parking , the open plan living area includes a full kitchen and opens onto a private outdoor setting with BBQ. Décor is modern with natural colours and the woodburner makes your stay comfortable all year round. The bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed with ensuite and in the morning you can listen to the birds while supping on a complimentary tea, coffee or hot choc.

Cosy home with indoor fireplace/ outdoor patio

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Located 5 minutes walk from the lake and 20 minutes walk to Wanaka town. This quiet gem allows you to snuggle up in the winter by the fire after skiing or BBQ on a balmy summers evening after a bike or walk. Wanaka is a paradise that awaits you! Care has been taken to ensure comfort in your stay with 3 stylish queen bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen down to coffee maker, laundry facilities and best of all ample lounging area indoors and out.

Anaka

This architectural luxury warm and modern 3/4 bed home plus studio is close to Wanaka, the local trails, the lake and the river. It has expansive mountain views, a huge lawn and privacy. The house is perfect for winter & summer with an underfloor heating and cooling. Enjoy the gas fired hot tub, sauna, ice bath and shower after a day out on the mountain or the lake. There's also plenty of fun and fitness options too including a trampoline, outdoor games, treadmill and yoga/gym equipment.

Unit 60

New built and beautifully furnished, with new quality bed from MacKenzie and Willis. Self contained, the apartment is very quiet, close to town, 2.3km from town centre (25 min walk or 5 min drive), private entrance. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry, smart TV, Netflix, heat pump warmth in winter and air conditioning in summer. Base camp, Cardrona Corner is just a two min walk , fancy popping out for a drink, snack/small meal/movie. Cardrona/TC ski fields 25 mins away. Come and enjoy!

Kanuka Cabin with stunning views and spa

What a view! The stunning setting for this warm and brand new cabin overlooks magnificent views of Mount Gold, Burke, and Maude as well as the lush valley floor. This modern cabin with a hint of rustic decor, a private spa, a covered outside shower, makes for a great ski cabin in winter. The cabin boasts serenity, nestled above the native Kanuka, as well as tranquility and luxury as you soak under the brilliant. It"s a 10-minute drive to Wanaka, and 7k"s to Albertown.

Driftwood,lake & mtn views, outdoor bath, private.

The Chalet is located high on Mount Iron and offers magnificent views of Lake Wanaka and the surrounding mountains. Set in trees, it is private and peaceful, accessed by a guest lift which will carry you and your bags up the hill. Driftwood has been lovingly hand built by the owners with artisan touches. Furnished for your comfort with a luxurious King bed. On the deck there's a large 2 person sized hot bath (no jets) with views to the mountains for your relaxation .

Highland Apartment Wanaka

A spacious one bedroomed self contained apartment 15 minutes walk to the heart of beautiful Wanaka. There is an en-suite with shower off the bedroom and a separate utility room with storage and a washing machine. The living room has a sofa bed (not the most comfy but it works!), basic kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and sink. THERE IS NO OVEN/COOK TOP. There is a heat pump. There is a 32" Smart TV for Netflix & other streaming apps.

Little Lodge Wanaka Private Guesthouse

Our space has a private entry, a super-king 5-star rated bed, ensuite, loft child bedroom with 2 beds, private laundry w washing powder & dryer, an open kitchen, dining and lounge area. Outside there is a private deck and garden. Tea, coffee, resort bathroom amenities, WiFi, and smart TV. Independent check-in is by smartlock. Your stay will have little environmental impact as we use LED lights and recycling bins. We welcome pets, see special rules.

Wanaka WOW

Sunny warm spacious upstairs apartment with incredible mountain and lake views from the unit and its deck. Extremely quiet peaceful area, one street back from lake, 5 mins drive from town centre. 200m walk to lake for swimming and access to walking/cycling trails. Best suited to people wanting a modern , immaculate space in a prime lake location with jaw dropping view. Also suitable for families as large open lawn space in front of unit building.

Mt Gold Haven Studio

7 minutes drive from Central Wanaka, this studio with with ensuite (but no cooking facilities) is situated on the end of Peninsula Bay. This is a self contained room attached to a family house (also for rent for larger groups) which its own separate entrance. There is also access to Pen Bay pool with hot tub and gym 900m from the house. Mountain bike tracks start 100metres in front of the house and the lake is just 500metres down the back.

Peaceful Cabin at Bills Way

Peaceful cabin with large studio room and en-suite. Close to the lake and to highways to the national park and ski fields. Surrounded by trees with a lovely outlook over the Wanaka hills. Fantails and bell birds visit often. It's a short 5 min stroll to the lake and a 5 min drive or 30 min walk along the lake shore to the town centre. Continental breakfast is provided. Pets welcome by negotiation (we have two ourselves).
