Kangaroo Cottage is an adults only retreat, surrounded by majestic Jarrah trees and wildlife. Guests have a wonderful opportunity to escape the city & immerse themselves in the serenity of the hills. Please be aware that the cottage is located on our family hobby farm & the sounds of our animals are a part of the Kangaroo Cottage experience. Our property is not suitable for pets or children. A light breakfast of croissants & condiments will be provided for the first morning of your stay.

This is a unique spacious studio that has a style all its own. Our studio has all the creature comforts, King Koil Chiro mattress, beautiful cotton bamboo sheets, TV in the bedroom as well as a 55cm TV in the lounge area. Comfort plus sofa, and a fully functional kitchen with dishwasher. We have a washing machine for your convenience too. This studio has a small balcony for you to enjoy the view of Ngarkal Beach while you sit and relax. Only 70m to the water. Please read Important Note below

Oakford Family Farm Stay

Come unwind and interact with nature. A modern 2 bed, 2 bath house on a 5 acre farm, located in Oakford (25 mins from Perth city). Enjoy the tranquility of rurality but the convenience of being close to shops and amenities. Come hand feed the alpacas, sheep, chickens and ducks. Each booking will get a free container of animal feed daily. Pick eggs from the hens. All bookings include bed linen, towels, kitchen appliances. BYO food and drinks. Umatah is part of the original State Brick Works that was closed down in the 1940’s after their excavations hit an underground spring. The property runs on organic principles and has a mango orchard, apiary, vegetable wicking beds plus various other fruit and nut trees.
