Miners Cottage

For that romantic escape or a family holiday our three beautiful, pet friendly cottages are tucked away on 14 acres in the rolling hills and gentle slopes of the Wooragee Valley. Nestled between the historic towns of Yackandandah and Beechworth, with the rail trail at our doorstep, and an easy drive to the Victorian snowfields, Colby Cottages is ideally located to make the most of the local wineries, picturesque hikes and many outdoor pursuits - giving you privacy and comfort in a rural setting

The Ruffled Rooster

A cosy unit that has everything you need. Se clusion shared with an olive grove ,sheep and poultry makes this place unique. Situated between Melbourne and Canberra/Sydney. An ideal stop over. Located close to snow, wineries, gourmet region, lakes or for just chilling. A continental breakfast is included , fire pit, multiple walks and a simple limited menu is available. Pet friendly for well behaved pets. $15 per pet per /night. A private spa is available, $40 for 2 nights or part there of.

Pebblebank on Morses -Mountain Retreat

A serene mountain retreat nestled above Wandiligong Valley. Pebblebank on Morses offers pure stillness with panoramic views, calming interiors, king beds with cultiver linen. Cheminee Philippe wood fire, Miele Kitchen, unwind in the yoga snug, breathe in mountain air from the floating deck. French doors open from each bedroom, drift to sleep with the sounds of Morses Creek. A sanctuary for rest, rejuvanation and reconnection, a true mindful escape—crafted for those seeking luxury and peace.

Moyhu Sunset Vista

Moyhu is located in the King Valley and situated ideally between Milawa and Whitfield which allows easy access to both these renowned wine producing areas. We are located a 10 minute walk to Moyhu hotel and cafe and a short drive to many wineries and restaurants in the area. It is part of our home but private with your own access and fully enclosed outdoor area . The photo on the cover is two of our Goldens and one of the guests Golden so don’t worry when you get here and there are only two.

@fairviewbeechworth Built in 1885, Fairview Cottage is a great base to explore Ovens River Valley including wineries, Murray to Mountains Rail Trail, Bright, Mt Buffalo, King Valley. The cottage has 3 bedrooms + 1, wrap-around porch, fireplace, AC, WiFi, laundry facilities, well-appointed kitchen, parking, outdoor area and expansive gardens with privacy. Located 800m to the heart of Beechworth's shops, cafes & only minutes to Lake Sambell, walking and riding trails & Chinese Gardens.

Farm stay, private guest room & lounge

If you want a comfortable, clean and private place to rest your head after checking out all the Victorian High Country has to offer, then this is the place for you! The guest space is within a family farm house but completely private with a separate entrance. We’re on a 55 acre farm near Mt Pilot, surrounded by National Park, mountain tracks and beautiful views. On offer is a double room with large ensuite, large lounge area with a sofa bed, private entrance + parking at the front.

Centrally located 70 year old 3 bedroom Newly renovated bathroom Ducted central heating & cooling. Fully equipped kitchen with light breakfast provisions provided with Nespresso machine. Fully secure yard for families. Coles & Kmart are only a couple of minutes walk across the road and the train station and North East Health are only a 15 minute walk away. The house is close to the centre of town and restaurants & fast food options. We can provide a portacot on request.

Ideal for couples wanting a peaceful getaway. Excellent log heater and ceiling fans.

The Cottage makes a great base to explore Historical Chiltern and the surrounding regions of Rutherglen, Beechworth, Yackandandah and Chiltern-Mt Pilot National Park. Nestled behind the National Trust listed Post Office in Chiltern’s Historic Precinct, The Linesman’s Cottage has retained its rustic exterior, while the interior has been transformed into stylish and modern guest accommodation.
