Leith Hill Tiny House is a home away from home for anyone looking to relax & unwind, surrounded by gorgeous scenery & mountain views. Relax with a good book on the day bed or a coffee or a wine on the front deck; and then finish off the evening getting toasty by the outdoor fire watching the sun set over the mountains. You can pat our friendly cows, see the new lambs, get a visit from our resident kookaburras, king parrots, rosellas & cockies during your stay- or even a wombat on some nights!

A stylish & completely separate apartment over the ground floor level of our two storey home on an acre of land with majestic mountain views awaits you in East Warburton. We are not always in residence, however if we are we do our utmost to ensure privacy & a quiet stay for our guests. We are situated near the Redwood Forest and Bodhivana Monastery with an 8 minute drive to Warburton township. Little House on the Hill

The Little House on the Hill at the eastern end of Warburton overlooks the chooks, the veggie patch, the orchard and across the valley to gorgeous 270° views. It is next door to the Big House, set on an acre that slopes down to the Yarra River. A great swimming spot on hot days and a good way to access the town and the rail trail (five minutes there, maybe ten minutes return - uphill). There are plenty of lovely walks nearby including the Aqueduct Trail that starts further up the hill.

The Old Mushroom Farm

Welcome to this special and unique house in the lovely township of Warburton. Tucked away behind the other houses on the street and surrounded by huge trees and ferns, you will feel like you are in the middle of nowhere. Yet you can enjoy the convenience of being only minutes away from town. The house is perfect for a couple, but even more perfect for those with young children who will love the huge playground complete with swings, bikes, toys, cubby house, sandpit and trampoline!

Your family and friends will be close to everything wonderful Warburton and surrounds has to offer in our centrally located home. Nestled off the street with mountain views and sounds of the teeming Yarra to welcome you. The famous Warburton Trail is a stones throw away providing easy access to the local pub (5 min walk), the town centre (8 min walk) and Water World (12 min bike). We are family friendly and can provide a portacot, bassinet and change table to make your stay easy!

Cloud house

With breathtaking views overlooking Mount Victoria, this 1950s home has been lovingly restored and modernised into an open plan, bright space. Only a few minutes walk to the Main Street of Warburton, you can stroll into town or just sit on the large deck and listen to the many birds in the surrounding trees. An open kitchen with German appliances, a wood heater for cozy nights and a king bed for watching the many cloud formations that drift by makes this getaway so memorable.

Mr Oak Warburton

Mr Oak was designed to enjoy a quiet, relaxed, picturesque experience. The house is furnished in a blend of industrial and vintage finds however is simple and uncluttered. It is a honest and rustic space but that's why we love it and hope you will too. It is located only a short walk down the hill to the river, shops and restaurants. If you love simple stylish living you’ll love this gorgeous space. A beautiful view, a gorgeous little shack to make your weekend a treat.

A private self-contained standalone cottages situated on 7 acres surrounded by nature with a view to inspire. The Cottage has the following facilities: Queen size bed, Kitchen, Fridge, TV, Stereo, Deck with BBQ so you can sit back and take in the ambiance. The cottage also has a wood fire for romantic and warm evenings in. Breakfast ingredients included. * Please note we do have another cottage with a spa bath that you can book separately.
