City bus system close by, St Charles Streetcar within walking distance and only $7-$9 by Uber or Lyft into the center of the city. Parking outside right in front of the house. (Of course, on occasion, you may have to park a couple spots away, however it's rarely a problem to park right in front). The queen-sized pullout couch is also a Robin mattress with Pottery Barn sheets. The rest of the apartment is decorated with West Elm, Restoration Hardware and Pottery Barn furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped, should you need a respite from all the delicious restaurants nearby. The foyer of the building and the hallway to the apartment are all indoors and are public space for the building's residents and guests. The inside of the apartment has everything you'll need for your stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, a breakfast nook and a washer and dryer. We cannot stress this enough to our guests... please contact us if you need anything at all! We want to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Also, we can answer any general questions about the neighborhood pertaining to restaurants, bars, etc. The apartment is just three blocks from the French Quarter and near to the Arts/Warehouse District. This neighborhood is riding the wave of gentrification that is spreading throughout the city, hosting many of the city's top restaurants and bars. For the parts of the city to which you can't walk, our building also enjoys the convenience of being located on one of the city's street car lines. Uber and Lyft are also available throughout the city and for airport transfers.

We are two blocks from the Convention Center. Please note we are not on a quiet corner in the Crescent city, during working weekdays it’s busy. Nights and weekends however are restful and relaxing. If any city noise is an issue for you though we suggest staying somewhere else.
