HIDDEN GEM Ideally situated in the heart of North Port located a mile from Warm Mineral Springs. Less than 25 minutes from the Shark Tooth Capital, Braves Stadium/Wellen Park, close to beaches, and a family aquatic center is just up the road. Make yourself at home with comfy beds (black out curtains), equipped kitchen (with coffee bar), two bathrooms (stocked with towels & toiletries), and a large Florida room (pool table and board games) overlooking the private backyard (Grill and firepit).

Plant Lovers Tranquil Paradise

A newly renovated, fully furnished studio in a house, with own private entrance, surrounded by a tropical garden in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Private bathroom with shower and oversized bathtub, walk-in closet with additional folding bed. Kitchenette comes equipped with a small fridge, microwave,hot plate,coffee maker, teapot,toaster,slow cooker,dishes,pots and pans. At the screened lanai there is a table with chairs where you can have a cup of coffee in the early morning with birdsongs.

Home away from home.

The home away from home is a cozy 1/1 with king bed, full dresser, tall dresser with TV, and a full size sofa sleeper in the large living room kitchen area. It has a peaceful feeling inside and outside. A ten minute walk to the warm mineral springs. A Dollar general shopping store is at the end of the street one mile away. Awesome location, very roomy, washer and dryer. Fifteen minutes or less from major shopping centers. Twenty minutes from Englewood beach and 25 minutes to Venice beaches.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. After falling in love with Florida for a family vacation destination, we purchased this duplex as a place to enjoy and share with others. It is a duplex located in one of the original residential neighborhoods of North Port. The neighborhood is clean and quiet, within walking distance to San Pedro Catholic Church. Located within a mile from restaurants, shopping and near a highway, our Hatka makes for a perfect getaway on a budget.
