There are two bedrooms , both with queen beds which consist of luxurious linen and towels, both have wardrobes and one has a desk.The bathroom has a modern walk in shower and toilet. We have a full-size kitchen with everything you will need .Laundry with washing machine & dryer, iron and another toilet . There is a fully enclosed deck with bbq, heater and seating for 8.

Our property is situated close to the picturesque Gembrook Tonimbuk Rd with easy access to Melbourne. It is the gateway to beautiful Gippsland, the towns of Garfield, Bunyip Neerim South, Jindivick, Yarragon and the Baw Baw and Strezlecki Ranges.

Set on 12 peaceful and private acres with pool, bbq, indoor fire, TV/DVD, clawfoot bath , carport and guest laundry. There is a kitchenette which includes fridge, toaster, jug, microwave, electric frypan, bench top toaster oven and single induction hotplate. Pets by arrangement only no surprises.
