This Sears and Roebuck’s Craftsman home is a cozy 2-story 7-room farmhouse with 3 bedrooms & full unfinished basement. The 1st floor has a fully stocked kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace a bedroom w/ a queen size bed, the only bathroom on the 1st floor. 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms one with twin beds and 1 master bedroom with a queen bed.

Fully Private Studio basement apartment. Private entrance. Beautiful 1 acre yard with lots of trees, and a small creek. Wonderful place for birdwatching! The apartment is fully private, with a separate entrance but is attached to my personal residence. *The floor mattress is only appropriate for 5'2" and below. *The stairs to access the apartment are steep and may present problems for those with mobility issues. Long term stays on a case by case basis.
