A cozy, contemporary country house, the perfect place to disconnect from urban life and reconnect with nature. Located just 7 minutes from the town's main street, it features a bright and spacious living room, an open-concept kitchen, and elegant, roomy spaces—if you're a coffee lover, you'll adore our new coffee station! A beautiful and fun patio, where your children can play mini-golf, explore their own playhouse, or swing with mom! We also have a queen-size inflatable bed for 9 or 10 guests.

Kayak Cottage - solitude with river access

Recently transformed from a horse barn, Kayak Cottage now bears little resemblance to its former use - the hosts managed to retain the former barn's rustic charm while completely redesigning the structure. An eclectic mix of materials were re-purposed to create the welcoming space - both inside and out. Located on a rise above the Collins River - the river is not immediately visible but is only steps away! There is also easy access for launching kayaks or small fishing boats on the property.

Little Camper #4

This Little Camper (1-2 PERSON MAX SHARING 1 QUEEN BED) is located at Smooth Rapids. WE offer a unique experience with kayaking, camping, and eating all available in one perfect location. We offer river floats for all experience levels as the local river have a calm flow. The Little Camper is right next to our restaurant. You also get access to other attractions such as a stage for occasional live music acts and a kids playground making it a family-friendly atmosphere. Unfortunately, NO PETS!

Phelps Pharm, I Was Almost A Treehouse

The treehouse you always wanted as child but can enjoy as an adult. I started out next to three trees that had to be removed but you still may feel a treehouse sway if the wind blows the right way. We are a working farm raising beef cattle and offer horseback riding lessons, arena rides and trail rides along with kayaking down our local river in McMinnville. Our guests have the opportunity to experience farm life and assist us in gathering eggs, feeding the cows or helping with the horses.

Relax with the whole family in a 130 yr old newly renovated home located at the foothills of the Cumberland Plateau, tucked away in the small, quiet town of Viola. Enjoy the small-town feel with close proximity to Bersheba Springs, Fall Creek Falls, Isha Yoga, & South Cumberland State Park. Less than an hr to Jack Daniel's & George Dickel distillery. The home has -2 separate bedrooms, located on the main floor. Loft with trundle. Full bathroom. Washer/dryer. Full kitchen with dining room.

Private Guest House. We welcome you to our homestead in the making. We have cleaned up and made many improvements to the property and guest house has been remodeled. Enjoy campfires under the stars, free-ranging chickens and ducks. Cats and dogs will lovingly greet you! Just 20 min to McMinnville. 10 min to Isha yoga center. 15 min to the Cumberland Caverns. 30 minutes to Fall Creek Falls and Rock Island. Cell service is spotty here. McMinnville is the closest shopping/restaurants
