Reunion Grove Farm is on a quiet side road, ½ mile off of rte 1, in the mid-coast town of Warren. The farm consists of 70+ acres of land used for produce, hay and tree farm. This late 1800’s 1 ½ story farmhouse offers 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, living rm, eat-in kitchen, ell and screened in porch. There's a large yard to use. You can relax on the porch while watching farm activities, sunsets, wildlife. A short walk takes you to a private shore where you can swim, fish, canoe or relax to the sunsetting.

Rockland Relaxing Retreat/Walk to Town (STR25-23)

Come enjoy the natural beauty of Coastal Maine as well as lobster, art, and wine in Rockland, Maine. Stroll to Rockland’s restaurants, bakeries, shops, museums, breweries, and ferry terminal from this comfortable 3-bedroom, 1.5 bath house. The house has 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, and 1 twin/trundle bed. It is kid-friendly with a large back yard and a fully-equipped kitchen and smart TV, (but no cable and no AC), and PS3 with games. Camden is nearby and has a ski resort. 10% military discount.

Seaside House/Downstairs

Enjoy everything coastal Maine has to offer in this coastal home with great ocean views. The space is light and bright and yet cozy! The house has a well appointed kitchen and is well maintained. You will find everything you need and more in this comfortable seaside retreat. Access to the beach is a short walk away. The house sits across the street from Clam Cove and is not directly on the beach. Beach access is private, quick and easy. There is also a large back yard to play or relax in.

RiverView

Private centrally located home with seasonal views of the Mill River. Located just off US Route 1 on a small dead-end road, this home has easy access to all the local areas. Only 3 miles to downtown Rockland and all the summer festivals. Less than a mile from downtown Thomaston. Both Portland and Bangor are about 1.5 hours away and Acadia National Park is about 2 hours away. Local amenities Include beaches, scenic hiking trails, light houses, lakes, golf, skiing, art galleries, and lobsters.

The Barn

I call my place "The Barn" because as I was finishing it it took the shape and feel of a barn. It's not a barn. It's a quiet post and beam open concept building (a Jamaica Cottages kit) set among the fields of Appleton, Maine. You'll sleep in the loft or on a futon on the main floor. The bathroom is huge, 10X10, with a heated floor. It's an open concept kitchen and living space. From Appleton you are 20 miles away from the tourist destinations of Camden, Rockland, and Belfast.
