Our carriage house (built 2019) sits behind our historic home on the near eastside of Indianapolis. We curated the space with the modern traveler in mind- from the design to the local coffee and art. We want your stay to give you the comforts of home while inspiring you by the city we love! A bright and modern space in a downtown neighborhood close to everything Indy has to offer! Close to Bottleworks, Mass Ave, and most downtown locations. Non-toxic supplies cleaning methods. Kids welcome!

Barb’s Bungalow: Charming Irvington 2 bedroom home

From the moment you walk in, this historic home (built in 1939) envelopes you with its charm. Enjoy Original hardwoods, two bedrooms (one with a king, the other, a queen size bed), three smart TV’s, broadband WIFI and a fully equipped kitchen to make those amazing dinners you can enjoy in the dining room or breakfast nook! Washer and dryer in basement. Fireplace is NOT useable-just for show! Security features include ADT, ring & keypad entry. Close to park, hospital & interstate.

Enjoy Comfort & History! - Suite w/ Private Entry

We look forward to welcoming you to a private suite that is the guest quarters in our home. You’ll have a private entrance & 3 rooms to yourself. There’s a living room with a table and chairs, a bedroom with a queen-size bed - nightstands, dresser and closet space with hangers for your use - and a newly remodeled full bathroom. There’s also a kitchenette in the hallway which is an antique Hoosier Cabinet equipped with a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee pot, and hot water pot.

Private Irvington Carriage House

This spacious, newly renovated carriage house comfortably sleeps 4. Private entrance leads to a meticulously cleaned, peaceful abode- only 10 minutes to downtown Indy!! Enjoy walks with a cup of coffee to take in all of Historic Irvington, or simply relax in this quiet retreat and enjoy the only table shuffleboard in a private rental in all of Indianapolis! A fully stocked kitchen allows for longer stays. We offer no-contact check-in, but we are nearby to help out if needed.

Only a 15 minute drive from downtown, we’re conveniently located between Fountain Square, Irvington, Beech Grove, and Wanamaker. Curl up with a cup of tea and a good book, sit on the patio and watch for deer, or take a walk around our fledgling 9-acre permaculture farm.

Contemporary, clean carriage house on a large East Indianapolis property. Private keypad entrance with easy self check-in and on-site parking for up to two cars. Comfortably sleeps the whole family with a king bed and a stylish queen-size sofa bed. Important details: • No parties or events • Local guests require prior approval • Early check-in available for $35 (when possible) • $20–$40 linen fee for use of sofa bed

Irvington duplex

This is a one bedroom duplex with a living room, eat-in kitchen which is fully stocked, and another small lounging area in the basement. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. Very close to public transportation, or a $10 to $20 Uber or Lyft to downtown and most attractions in the area. Restaurants, coffee shops, brewery all within walking distance. Persons of all backgrounds are welcome.

Cobb Cabin

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Quiet and relaxing 1 bedroom studio home with king bed. Only 18 minutes from downtown. Couch pulls out for added comfort, leg room and sleeping area. There is a fold out single cot and a fold out queen mattress available. Full kitchen, smart tv, washer/dryer, private security system and all the basics are all with this secluded home.
