Standalone 750 square foot studio on 4 beautiful acres. Renovated in 2017. Roomy and comfortable, this space is perfect for overnight to short-term stays. The space is very private, separate from the main house, has its own entrance and dedicated heating and cooling. Close to shopping and dining, 15 minutes to Notre Dame and 30 minutes from Lake Michigan beaches and resort communities. Owners live in main house on property with their very friendly dog, Poppy, 2 barn cats, and 5 free-range hens.

On-site free parking and free shuttle right outside to and from Notre Dame on game days and minutes from the Indiana-Michigan River Valley bike Trails.

South Bend, 1 Bedroom Cottage Built in 1912

South Bend historic cottage in the National Historic District of Chapin Park. Close to Notre Dame. One dog is welcome. No cats. There is a queen sized bed and a sofa, NOT sofa bed in the sitting room. This cottage built in 1912. Private and cozy, the cottage has a big screen TV, wifi and a gourmet kitchen. The owner lives almost directly behind and is available and happy to assist. Chapin Park's tree-lined, brick streets and diverse historic architecture are charming. No smoking.

South Bend, Mishawaka and New Carlisle, IN Area

This guest home has everything you need for a great stay. A beautiful location in the county with easy access to the South Bend airport, Notre Dame and the rapidly developing towns of New Carlisle and Mishawaka, IN. A one bedroom with a queen bed and a full-size daybed in the living area. A nice sectional with recliners. A full kitchen that includes a few beverages and snacks for your convenience. A patio door with a deck and a great sunset! A clean little place to kick back and relax.

Private Entrance Guest Suite on the River

Stay in our studio apartment suite with private exterior door entrance. Hosts live in the rest of the house. From the backyard you can fish, kayak/canoe, paddle board, enjoy a bonfire, grill, and relax by the river. There's a king memory foam bed, sleeper sofa, and 49" TV. Remote work friendly with spacious workspace desk, fast WIFI, and coffee. The closet has a mini food prep area with mini fridge and microwave, and grill out on back patio. It's a quick 15 min drive to Notre Dame.

**Riverside Retreat - 7 mins to ND** Clean Modern

Welcome to our Riverside Retreat! Newly remodeled 2 bedroom 1 bath home on Riverside Drive directly across the street from the river walk. It is only 3.4 miles (7 minutes) to Notre Dame and 3.8 miles (9 minutes) to downtown South Bend. The entire home was remodeled in 2021-22 with all new flooring, new hickory kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, stainless appliances, and a 70" LG TV with soundbar. Guests have access to the entire home with the exception of the garage.

Tiny Retro Studio for One Person

TINY studio for ONE. Non-smoking inside & out. Our typical guest is a busy academic, intern, medical worker or businessperson. This TINY studio is located in an old 4-unit apartment house, so there is some in-house sound transfer. Our neighborhood is usually quiet, but not always. See the LOCATION section under the map to read a description of our neighborhood. *Winter Note: We shovel the walkways at the Airbnb, but not usually until later in the day. So mornings might be snowy.

The Serenity Suite is a 230 sq ft. tiny house studio apartment created in 2022. A kitchen island with 2 barstools is in the center of the space. This can be used as a sit down eating spot or a dedicated workspace. The 3/4 bath boasts up to date accessories and soft, thirsty towels.
