PET free- due to the co-occupant has pet allergies or other health issues exacerbated by pets. Stevens second-in-command officers duplex suite is a completely private third floor walkup (old servants quarters- meaning it has no elevator). So much to do and see: children's playground in the front quad, walking, hiking, biking, explore Ft. Stevens, Hammond marina, jaunts to Astoria, Seaside, as well as everything else the area has to offer. And did we say, wildlife is abundant!
