There are theaters, golf courses, and a branch of the University a mile away. Aiken is located outside of Augusta, Ga. The cottage is casual, comfortable, and offers peace and quiet in a safe area. Private driveway and parking for two cars.

My place is close to restaurants, shopping, movie theaters and parks. You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed, the kitchen, the coziness. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Great place to stay when in Aiken or Augusta, GA for local events such as sports tournaments, Master's Golf Tournament, Aiken Triple Crown in March, or on business at SRS. One double bed, dresser and chest of drawers, one closet, love seat, 2 rocking chairs, and kitchen essentials provided to cook and bake. Fresh sheets and linens are awaiting your arrival.

Newly built Dunbarton Studio Cottage with vaulted ceiling, efficiency kitchen and bathroom is located in charming neighborhood adjacent to the Historic Horse District. Just around the corner from Aiken Horse Park and very close to Downtown Aiken's shops & restaurants. Dog friendly with large fun yard for you and your dog. A pet fee of $35 is required.
