You’ll love my apartment. The neighbourhood and up town location, It's great for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). Pick fruit from the garden & with free range eggs and coffee for breakfast to start . It has amazing views of the country side, yet it is nestled in a quiet and secluded spot right in the heart of the city. A short 5 min walk to restaurants, shopping and CBD. Beautiful fixtures, fittings and accessories make this apartment feel like home.

River Minka

Located 10 km from Warrnambool and the Great Ocean Road. Cottage is on a rural farm property in Wangoom. Beautiful setting, rolling grassy hills, sheep and cows, also bird attracting native trees, occasionally visited by wallabies and koalas. Cottage is a 5 minute walk to the Hopkins river, good for swimming in hot weather. Also a 5 minute drive to the Hopkins Falls. House is designed with sustainability in mind, thermal mass concrete floor, north facing aspect, well insulated, wood heating.

The Cosy Little Beach Shack: Pets are Welcome

The Little Shack is a modern bungalow with a spacious double gated yard area, less than 1km from the beach. It is situated behind the main residence, 5 blocks from the main street of Warrnambool and a short drive to the river mouth. Around the corner are the Fletcher Jones gardens, a fish + chip shop, a laundromat and a cafe ~Wilba + Co. Most pets are welcome to stay with pre-approval. The bed mattress is a Melbourne made firm queen sized. Parking is on the street or the nature strip.

With stunning views of Merri River Valley and Warrnambool City Views, you'll fall in love with the peace and serenity of our beautiful studio apartment. There is a great bbq/firepit area. We are on the edge of Nth Warrnambool and only 3km to the CBD or 4km to the beach. there is free parking at the property and if you like to walk it's only 15 min or 2 min drive to bakery, bottleshop, supermarkets, Pizza, fish and chips, Thai and laundromat.

Acacia Park Farm Guest House.

Acacia Park Guest House is a spacious two bedroom farm house where coastal bliss meets rural charm. Set on five and a half acres only five minutes drive from the CBD and seven minutes drive from the Main Beach. The house was built in the 60’s and has been a renovation project of ours for a few years now. It’s a cosy 3 bedroom home that would suit a family on a seaside holiday, a group of friends travelling the Great Ocean Road or perhaps someone needing short term accommodation in town for work reasons.
