Great retreat for Razorback game weekends, sporting events, graduation, and festivals at only 20 min drive from University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. We are within 5 minutes of Prairie Grove's Antique District, Battlefield State Park, and the Prairie Grove Aquatic Park. Amenities include kitchenette, pool, basketball court, and beautiful grounds. Sleeps 3 comfortably but can sleep up to 5 with air mattress (included).

This place was built by my husband to cater to other Hikers and Bikers that want to come visit the area. 1 hour or less to every Major trailhead.
