The 650 sq ft apartment is on the first floor of a home nestled on the side of Mt. Kessler, surrounded by woods on three sides. You'll have your own separate keypad entrance, full bath, kitchenette, TV, walk-in closet, and two rooms-one bedroom with a full-size bed and one with a pull-out full-size sofa sleeper. The kitchenette has a large fridge, microwave, and stocked Keurig coffee maker. Enjoy your coffee on one of the many hammocks and hanging chairs outside the apartment and on the gazebo.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Located on Mount Sequoyah on the corner of iconic Dickson Street and Fletcher Ave. Less than a mile to downtown/entertainment district. Hello and welcome to Augie's Studio 🙂 This is a studio attached to the side of our primary residence, kinda like a duplex! It is named after our beloved 34lb tricolored corgi named Augie Augie designed and remodeled the place along with the help of his parents. If you see him roaming the property on your stay he would love for you to say hi and rub his belly There is off street parking in our driveway for 2 cars. The space is all to yourself!
