Schoodic Loft Cabin "The Roost" with Kayaks

This playful cabin offers a unique spot to unwind and explore the Schoodic peninsula and Downeast Maine. Kayaks are provided to explore island studded 462 acre Jones pond, a 10 minute walk down a trail. A 10 minute drives brings you to the less visited Schoodic section of Acadia NP, where a network of hiking and biking trails lace the coastal forests and dramatic rocky coast. Nearby Winter Harbor has shops and restaurants and even a ferry across the bay to Bar Harbor and Mount Desert Island.

This 4 bedroom, 2 bath rental sleeps 8 comfortably and has breathtaking views of the colorful fishing harbor, Canada's Campobello Island, and the famous Moholland Lighthouse. The cottage is immaculate with all amenities and is fully stocked. Enjoy your coffee while you watch the sunrise from your back deck as the local lobstermen get ready to haul their traps.

Welcome to the Helm, a guest suite on the water in Lubec. Set among the spruce and fir trees, this expansive apartment sits on a point of land over looking spectacular South Bay. Beautiful views of the water are seen from the apartment. Within a short distance you can be at the Lubec Channel lighthouse, Reversing falls, Campobello Island, West Quoddy Head State Park, downtown Lubec, Cobscook Shores trails, and Mowry beach. The suite is warm and inviting indoors and sitting on the porch.

Rise with the sun, stroll the beach and wind down with the colorful hues of the reflections of a setting sun. A true chance for that needed reset. A simple retreat after exploring Downeast Maine, Acadia National Park, Campobello Island or hiking the nearby nature trails on Great Wass Island and the Bold Coast Trail.

Remote Oceanside cottage (closer to water) #1

Off the beaten path. Escape the sound of traffic and listen to the waves outside your window. This location is an adventure and is accessible by car at low tide and by canoe at high tide. Kids will love beach combing while the adults enjoy relaxing on the shore. There’s also a gazebo beside the spring fed frog pond. Deer graze on the grass in the morning. If you are a bird watcher you can see the sea birds and eagles. The location is perfect for those who want to escape from it all.

Mermaid's Mini Mansion

With peak ocean views as well as the first sunrise in the nation from our location across from Todd's Head, the mini-mansion offers a full kitchen, comfortable bedroom, outdoor 3 person hot tub, washer dryer, yard and ocean breezes. Strolling distance to the pier for a whale watch, the artistic downtown, and the brewery! There is a Weber grill, outdoor seating, bikes to use, books, games, record player and WIFI. We welcome your pets and your children :)

Drink your morning coffee as you walk the farm's picturesque blueberry fields and shoreline. At night, enjoy sitting around a cozy campfire toasting marshmallows. As you enjoy the scent of fir trees, salt air, and the unspoiled beauty of Downeast Maine, Relax. Spend several days with us exploring the farm or as a home base to venture to other locations around Downeast Maine and Canada.

Mountain A-Frame Cabin in Maine

The Raven Cabin - Built in 2024 our A-frame cabin is located on a secluded mountain in East Machias, Maine. This is one of two cabins on this property and sits at a high elevation giving our guests spectacular views of the East Machias River. Enjoy listening to native birds singing and watch the eagles soar overhead as you sip coffee on the front deck. This cabin sleeps 4-5.
