Not only do you have the beautiful lake, but Buck mountain trail head is across the street! 25 minutes from West MNT, 30 minutes to Saratoga, lake george winter carnival and much more! Gorgeous lake front views with 100 feet of frontage. The main house & yard is no longer under any construction! You have access to the lake front yard and dock. Lilly pad, kayaks, paddle board available. NO SMOKERS!

Carriage House East Side Lake George Pilot Knob

Note this is a three night minimum rental. Brand new, comfortable with all the creature comforts. Carriage House sits behind our main house. Very quiet on a less traveled road. Perfect spot for a short respite or for a week long getaway. Brand new bedroom with french doors that open to screen porch with nice wooded view. Catch summer breezes out on the porch, cook a nice BBQ meal on our Weber grill. Relax on the patio under the shade. Kayak out on the lake. ..relax! Three night minimum please.

Guest House at Hummingbird Hill

Our small above-garage guesthouse on the New York-Vermont border is a retreat from busy life. The open floor plan, airy apartment has windows on all sides & overlooks woods & meadow. The guesthouse is ideal for those looking to get away from electronics and the internet (note: no Wifi), and hike and bike the area’s trails, and/or paddle the Battenkill River and area lakes. Or just sit on the deck with a book and cup of tea or glass of wine. Pets are welcome (we do charge a small fee for pets)!

Enjoy the natural beauty of the Battenkill River in our private, charming, guest apartment located on the outskirts of Greenwich, New York just 20 miles from Saratoga Race Course and a lovely scenic drive to Lake George and Vermont. Our cozy space includes 1 private bedroom with a queen size bed (linens included), a couch that can sleep an additional 2, TV, dining space and a complete kitchen. Lounge on the spacious deck, fish, take a dip in the river and enjoy comfort of our cozy space!

Moon Valley Country Retreat no clean fee pets yes

Unique centrally located, peaceful country chalet between the Adirondack and Green Mountains on 60 acres. Starlink available if your phone doesn't work here. Near Lk George, Lk Champlain, & VT. Hike, fish, swim nearby. Air conditioners on the main floor for the summer months. Our 9120 watt solar array powers our property. During the cold months enjoy the wood stove. All wheel drive a must in winter. We have a spacious deck by the shared pool, pergola, and a shady deck by the stream.

The Fox Covert - an idyllic Upstate retreat

The Fox Covert is a small cottage on an 11-acre property, shared with the owners home. This peaceful retreat features hilly forest for hiking, a large meadow with walking trails mowed throughout, and lush flower and vegetable gardens (in season). You'll be able to relax on the attached tree-shaded deck, by the fire pit on the flagstone patio, or in the hot tub, enjoying the night sky. Central to many quaint small towns and outdoor activities in Upstate New York and Southern Vermont.

Escape and unwind at our peaceful, romantic 2-bedroom, 1-bath cottage with private waterfall and natural pools. Take a hike on our wooded 32 acres. Relax and barbecue on the deck or sit by the creek-side fire pit. Prepare a romantic dinner and spend a quiet evening in front of the fireplace or fall asleep to the sound of waterfalls. Enjoy year-round activities at nearby ski centers, lakes, and in the scenic mountains of New York and Vermont.

Quiet and Cozy Country Cottage

Very clean, well kept, 1 bedroom country cottage. Hardwood floors in bedroom and kitchen. Propane heater for winter months and AC in the summer. This a very quiet place, great for a relaxing getaway. There is a fire pit on the property, right near the cottage, for evening fires. We recommend AWD or 4WD or vehicles with snow tires during winter months. The cottage is located on a hill, can be slippery in the winter.

Redgate Lodging

REDGATE LODGING is a renovated apartment in a 19th century barn on 40 acres in Shushan, NY. There is a full kitchen, sitting/eating area, queen bed in sleeping quarters with cable tv, a full bath & shower, and an outdoor terrace with views of Vermont’s Green Mountains. Nearby is the Battenkill River well known for fine fishing, canoeing and tubing. We are 40 minutes from Saratoga Springs, Manchester and Bennington.
