Unique centrally located, peaceful country chalet between the Adirondack and Green Mountains on 60 acres. Starlink available if your phone doesn't work here. Near Lk George, Lk Champlain, & VT. Hike, fish, swim nearby. Air conditioners on the main floor for the summer months. Our 9120 watt solar array powers our property. During the cold months enjoy the wood stove. Very clean, well kept, 1 bedroom country cottage. Hardwood floors in bedroom and kitchen. Propane heater for winter months and AC in the summer. This a very quiet place, great for a relaxing getaway. There is a fire pit on the property, right near the cottage, for evening fires. We recommend AWD or 4WD or vehicles with snow tires during winter months. The cottage is located on a hill, can be slippery in the winter.

REDGATE LODGING is a renovated apartment in a 19th century barn on 40 acres in Shushan, NY. There is a full kitchen, sitting/eating area, queen bed in sleeping quarters with cable tv, a full bath & shower, and an outdoor terrace with views of Vermont’s Green Mountains. Nearby is the Battenkill River well known for fine fishing, canoeing and tubing. We are 40 minutes from Saratoga Springs, Manchester and Bennington.
