Master bedroom has a queen size bed and is located on the first floor, remaining 2 bedrooms are located upstairs and each bedroom has its own full size bed. Enjoy the open/covered slate front porch. Beautifully restored 18th century farmhouse situated on 4.6 private acres within a 180 acre working farm. Five bedrooms, wood stoves, ample living space, and a cheery sun room with gorgeous views make this house one of a kind. Our backyard features an in-ground, heated, salt water swimming pool (open May to mid-Oct), fire pit (open year-round), large outdoor dining table, gas grill, and a deck with lounge seating and jacuzzi (open year-round). Parties and events are not allowed.

Your home away form home. My place is centrally located to many desirable attractions in the area. Im located near the Highland Golf & Country Club and less than 6 miles from Lake George, 10 miles from West Mt, and 20 miles from the Saratoga Race track. Property is on the golf course and on the lake which is perfect for ice skating during the winter. The space also has its own private entrance next to the garage doors and has a electronic lock for ease of entry/exit.

Fair Haven Loft in The Lloyd Jacobs House

This is one of the nicest units I rent. The space is in an historic renovated building in downtown Fair Haven, VT. The space was originally used to manufacture shirts. I have divided the 1600 square feet into a two bedroom loft. It has very high ceiling and windows. It is very spacious and has been completed updated. The loft has it's own kitchen (not shared) and it's own lock and key. Since it is on the third floor of the building, it is very quiet and secure.
