Smart tv and good internet. We are within 5 min walking distance of downtown Parkersburg, and only a block from Camden Clark Hospital, affordable centrally located.

There is a queen bed, full bath and kitchenette (microwave, coffee pot & mini fridge) on main level. Guests are welcome to use outside kitchen which has full fridge, gas, charcoal & flat top grill.
