This is The One The Beach House is a newly renovated property on the ever so Popular Misquamicut Beach. There is swimming, surfing, fishing, paddle boarding, and miles of endless beach at your door step. This spectacular 2 story house with breath taking views sits directly on Misquamicut Beach. Please do not send request for dates when they are already booked. Especially in the summer. If I have availability the dates will show it is open on my calendar. Pets allowed Sept - May. Private entrance to East Matunuck beach is just a two minute walk down the street. There is ample parking for 3-4 cars . This house has 1 queen size bedroom and one twin with trundle on the lower level (both bedrooms with TVs). The lower level also houses the living room with large screen TV, full bathroom, kitchen and laundry.
