Nearby is CedarCliff Falls where beautiful waterfalls and hiking await you; a paved bikepath stretches for miles in both directions and three blocks from Cedarville University. The Livingston Flat is located in historic German Village, directly above one of Columbus’ most beloved bars, Club 185. This charming, 1 bedroom apartment has all the amenities you need to feel right at home. Being just blocks away from downtown, you can easily walk to the best places for dinner and drinks Columbus has to offer. Enjoy the warmth of the gas lanterns on the brick lined streets, as you stroll past the neighborhood's gorgeous historic homes and beautifully landscaped gardens.

Rosedale Retreat

We live on a two acre lot near Rosedale Bible College in central Ohio. The apartment is a cozy, private, single bedroom apartment attached to our home on the ground level. Space includes a 3 season room, kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room, patio with picnic table, and a large yard. Breakfast items are provided. There is a beautiful nature/walking trail next to the property. In 35 minutes, you can be on The Ohio State University campus as well as the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium.

Unwind and relax in this cozy little guest space, located in southern Ohio. The main area is a small kitchen/dining/living area combined. The kitchen has a fridge, 2 burner electric stove, coffee maker, teapot, and other essentials. 1 bedroom with queen bed and full bath. The entire space is for guests. There is a locked door and hallway between the apartment and the remainder of the house, where the owner lives. It is our goal to provide a clean and comfy place for you to stay!

Only minutes away from many amenities, historic downtown, beautiful Yoctangee Park, restaurants, shopping, Adena Health systems and less than 2 miles from Hopewell Culture National Historic Park designated World Heritage Site. Less than a block away enjoy coffee and pastries that specializes in roasting their coffee beans.

If you are visiting your child at Cedarville University (CU) or looking to jump on the Bike Trail for a beautiful day ride, this is the place for you! CU is a short 2 min drive through downtown Cedarville. The Bike Trail is located on the South end of town making it a mere 0.3 miles away. We are also close to The Historic Clifton Mill (7 min), Young's Jersey Dairy (15 min), Yellow Springs (12 min), Greene County Fairgrounds (15 min).
