Nestled in the quiet woods just north of Mt. Monadnock our cozy one bedroom apartment invites the outdoors in with peeks of the mountain through the trees. Sit out on your private deck and enjoy the view or stroll around the yard and pick a few blueberries in season. We welcome hikers, nature lovers, those visiting friends or family or just wanting to enjoy the area's beautiful scenery and many artistic venues. I like to think of it as a peaceful sanctuary that we'd like to share with you.

Sunapee area lakeside cottages trio on Sand Pond

Three cottages, each with lake view and shared dock, on pristine, quiet Sand Pond are perfect for a family gathering. Three cottages for one rental, offering privacy and indoor and outdoor space for being together. The main cottage sleeps four, has a full kitchen and a screened-in porch; the two studio cottages have kitchenettes and sleep two. It is not ideal for very young children or those who have difficulty walking up and down hill on uneven ground. 8.5% NH Meals & Rental tax applies.

Vermont Botanical Studio Apartment

This room is one half of a floor in our studio building (35 sq m). It is the only occupied space in the building, which is separated from the main house by a yard. There is a queen-sized bed, full bath (no-curb shower), and an outdoor shower (not available in the winter) Small kitchen with a sink, fridge, 2-burner induction hob, microwave/convection oven, toaster, coffee pot, and cookware. Arched ceiling, with ceiling fan, large windows, deck, and Maggie's botanical art lining the walls.

Connecticut River-Cozy Cottage

This cozy cottage is located on the beautiful Connecticut River, nestled between fertile farmland and Skitchewaug Mountain with views abound. The cottage design utilizes a small footprint while offering functionality and basic comforts, including a small kitchen. Great for all seasons, close to Okemo, Sunapee, Ascutney and other worthy attractions. Hiking and snowshoeing options at your front door. Secrete fishing and swimming holes located on the property. Boat dock available upon request.

Come relax, unwind and enjoy the year round beauty and fun at our cabin on Perkins Pond! Many activities to enjoy with each season.. Kayak, canoe, fish and swim or float, nap on the hammock in summer months.. Walk, hike and enjoy the awe of Fall color.. Snowshoe, skate, ice fish, cross country ski on the frozen pond during winter and enjoy downhill at Mt Sunapee just 8 min away or just relax by the wood stove!! Contactless check-in. Cozy guest house, cabin-studio-getaway; enjoy the sounds of a stream outside the window (next to the bed). Views of a larger brook below. The"Cabin"is nestled in the trees giving a feeling of floating above the brook below. The interior is decorated w/family heirlooms gathered from around the country. Nothing fancy, just a cozy simple getaway. 3.25 mi from town. Choose from a variety of activities in town or hop on nearby trails. NO PETS ALLOWED.

Artsy Pine Cabin in the Woods

Come relax in our private and cozy one room cabin tucked in the woods on the family homestead. A peaceful location for connecting with nature, writing & hiking. It's a 12'x16' cabin, with a comfortable queen size bed, electricity, mini refrigerator and electric kettle. Water is provided. Equipped with a clean outhouse and an outdoor hot shower on side of main house. ( May use indoor shower in main house in cooler months) Excellent spot for star gazing.
