Home on 35 acre estate situated in beautiful rural Covington. The 4BR, 4 bath house, has tons of amenities (*some shared) such as a catch and release catfish pond, sports court, full gym, 6 person hot tub, jungle gym, outdoor pavilion with full kitchen, animals you can meet, fast wi-fi, fresh eggs from the chicken coop, and so much more! *Shared with other home on ZAR property (all facilities on property have same owners) PLEASE NOTE THAT EVENTS/PARTIES ARE NOT PERMITTED THROUGH THIS BOOKING.

Comfort in the Country 3-Story Cabin on the River!

This country style pine wood log cabin sits on 1.80 acres with an adjoining 1.26 acre lot containing a shop with electric service that is perfect for a motorhome/RV- At an additional cost you can also rent this spot for your other guests which would allow up to 4 more people from the max number of house guest- please inquire. With vaulted ceilings you have views of the beautiful scenery from all around. A spacious floor plan and large balcony for entertaining. And Walking distance to the river!

Shaded Creekside Cabin

The Creekside Cabin is backed up to our Creek, you can enjoy local wildlife from the kitchen window or overlook our pond from the front porch. This well shaded cabin, has a private bedroom with a personal jet-tub and a semi-private loft bedroom with 2 full beds. It comes with a full kitchen, liv room, sofa sleeper and a half walk-thru bath. Entertain on the 8 x 24 covered porch or open back deck. Creekside, with its beautiful cedar siding and private setting, is one of our most popular cabins.

The Lily Pad

The Lily Pad is located on a 34 acre homestead/farm. This sweet tiny home faces a quaint pond (seasonally the pond is shallow and less visible) with beautiful trees and wildlife surrounding it. The well lit space is perfect for almost any occasion. A quick getaway, a peaceful space to practice your art form, or a lovely place to unwind and recharge. This thoughtful space has two lofted bedrooms (not totally private from the rest of the tiny house). A cook friendly kitchen!

Restoration Farmhouse Fishing

Please reach out before booking. An ideal quiet getaway for a couple in rural South Mississippi a short drive from the state line. The newly restored 100 year old farmhouse is situated in the center of the farm with a panoramic view of the animals grazing on the farm from inside the home or the wrap around porch. Smoke and pet free home, please consider this when booking. Maximum 5 guest total on property, the booking includes the people who are confirmed at the booking.

Rustic and Spacious Log Cabin on Pearl River

The Running Creek Ranch's, Old River Lodge, situated on "Louisiana Island" along the Pearl River at the state line (1 hour and 15 minutes North of New Orleans, LA and 45 minutes South of Hattiesburg, MS) provides a country, riverfront, cypress log home for your getaway of two days or more. There is a sandy beach along the river, which is accessible depending on the tide. While there is not an accessible pier, the bank and beach area will provide hours of enjoyment.

The Hippie Fish

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Nestled right on the edge of the Old River Wildlife Management Area, in Henlyfield, MS, you will have plenty of land to hunt various game and water foul or fish on the river (with proper permits/licenses of course!). A public boat launch is less than 5 minutes away allows access to the Old River. If hunting or fishing is not your thing, you can come enjoy the great outdoors or hang out by the fire pit!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil retreat like getaway! The downstairs unit has a queen Murphybed and queen pull out sofa. Sheets and pillow cases in cabinet below tv. Extra pillows are in the closet. The light switch for the closet is in the utility room. Utility room not for guests use. The video game in closet is for guest use the power switch is on top in the back of the game. All games upstairs, downstairs and on the porch are for guest use.
