On the top floor of a charming 1900's Victorian, high above a quiet street, near Capitol Hill and downtown. Walking distance to tons of coffee shops/restaurants/bars in Madrona, Leschi Waterfront, and Central District. Ample street parking, two workspaces, and close to public transit too! Fun fact: This was the main set for the filming of 1992 cult-classic "Singles"!

Our very comfortable one-bedroom 2nd floor condo (with elevator) is located in building 12 of the lovely Westport by the Sea complex on the beach in Westport. It has a view of the State Park and the lighthouse and is just a short walk to the beach and oceanfront pathway! No ocean view, but very handy to the pool/hot tub and clubhouse. The saltwater pool is heated but seasonal (Open mid-May to mid-Oct) while the hot tub is open all year. We always allow early check-in if the condo is ready!

In this location you can WALK to a ton of attractions and restaurants. We have secure garage space available when requested. You will be staying in a renovated historic building, full of charm. Our loft is 3rd level and no view.
