Cozy bed & bath only. Great location in highly desired town of Incline Village, Lake Tahoe. Private entrance and easy parking for two cars (guest & owner). Bed & bath are blocked off from the entire house but attached. Keurig coffee maker & small fridge. Outdoor seating on patio and quiet neighborhood. There could be some sounds from resident upstairs. The Foley Nest

Cozy up in this 2 room suite with attached bath, complete with private patio entrance, living area, large kitchenette, and dedicated parking spot. This suite is attached to our home but separated by a locked door. We are a short drive (5 min) from downtown, 8 min. to the airport, 35 - 40 min from several popular ski resorts. We are next to the Washoe Public Golf Course in one of the most beautiful, safe, and walkable neighborhoods in Reno. We offer EV charging upon request.
