Right off of Boon Street where you will find local restaurants, just three blocks from the ocean & one block from a park! Very walkable and bikeable neighborhood. The home's large 2 bedroom attached in-law suite is complete with a private entrance. *Any outside guests, vendors, media, and photography use of the home must be approved by the owner prior to booking.

First floor is used as an office only on weekdays. Only 1/2 mile from Mystic Amtrak station, an easy walk.

Art supplies, toys and children's books all ready for you as well as a pack n play and booster seat. Backyard oasis with pergola, walking distance to drawbridge. Pets considered on a case by case basis.

Workspace available. 1 bedroom w/ king bed. 1 bedroom w/ queen bed. 1 bedroom w/ 2 twin beds. Fully finished basement with 60inch TV, kids toys and fitness equipment/stationary bike. Deck and below deck hang out space. Though we aren’t living here full time, it’s still the place we call home, and we will use it when it’s not booked. Long stays welcome.
