Silverstar Barn

Silverstar Barn is located on 10 acres just 3 miles south of Watertown on blacktop road. It is approximately 150 feet from our residence. Rest assure that you will be left alone to enjoy your extended or weekend getaway. We have just completed remodeling the other half of the barn turning it onto another rental. Silver star Stables has it's own entrance and both units have there own patio doors, one facing east, the other west for private outdoor seating. Both units have there own grill as well.

Lakefront Cozy Cabin - Watertown Kampeska

This lakefront cabin is freshly remodeled in 2013, and includes all the amenities! Warm colors, dog friendly, plenty of parking, great for a summer getaway with the crew, or a winter getaway with the family. Room to beach or anchor a boat, and if the lake is frozen, perfect location to wake right up and head out on the ice to fish. Kayaks available for use! Bedrooms sleep 2 people each, and there is a loveseat and couch in the living room. Two cots also available to sleep additional people.

Peaceful and quiet small town cabin

Come and enjoy our freshly renovated cabin located in the peaceful little town of Lake Preston, SD. We are located right in the heart of pheasant country! Our cabin is a wonderful base for your fishing outings. Lake Whitewood - 3 miles away; Lake Thompson - 4 miles; L. Poinsett - 20 miles; L. Henry- 21 miles; Dry Lake #2 - 27 miles. We have plenty of room for your boat/camper. Laura Ingall's Wilder's home is 9 miles away. Enjoy a very peaceful spot with the amenities of a small town.

Doc's Apartment

Doc's Apartment is located in the "heart of Watertown" on Kemp Avenue and Broadway Street. Walking distance to The Goss Opera House, Watertown Brewing Co., Dempsey's Brewery, Pub & Restaurant, Harry's and the Hideaway. Gather Coffee Shop & many boutiques, Foundation Plaza Park, features live music each Thursday night during the summer months. You will be steps away from Signature mainstreet events such as; Vintigues Car Show, Watertown's 4th of July Parade and more.....enjoy your stay!

Dewey’s Place is for Hunters/Fisherman/Families

Here's your perfect fishing/hunting destination, with space for all your buddies, big family, and/or dogs too! Located within 10 miles of 7+ lakes including Bitter Lake, Waubay Lake, and Enemy Swim and prime hatch area for waterfowl. Perfect for families visiting or groups of outdoorsman looking for a large space where everyone (or almost everyone) gets a bed! Cozy in the winter, cool in the summer, and homey all year round. Host is an area hunter and fisherman with guide experience.

The Lodge at the Lake

The Lodge at the Lake is a half-mile from both Bitter Lake and Blue Dog Lake and a few short miles from Enemy Swim, Pickeral, Waubay, and Rush lakes. We are also close to great hunting areas. We have plenty of room for your entire party. Our house features a large TV, wifi, foosball table, 2 stall garage to park out of the elements, outdoor seating and fire bowl, a large grill, and the yard is big to give you some privacy. We have 3 bedrooms and room for at least 10 people to sleep.

South Lake Haven

South Lake Haven is a sportsman’s paradise and perfect for family getaways. Located across the street from Lake Kampeska, it features a top-tier game/fish cleaning station and lots of sportsman amenities along with ample trailer parking. After a day outdoors, unwind by the fire pit or enjoy the pool table, foosball, and board games. With 3 bedrooms, full kitchen, and luxury amenities, it’s ideal for hosting your hunting crew or making unforgettable family memories.

Horseman's Hideout

Unique grainery on 10 acres converted to a cozy rustic living space. There is a bed on the main level and a bed in the loft area.This is on a hobby farm where you're likely to see dogs, free- range chickens, horses, and goats in the summer time. We have recently moved the Hideout to our new home! The ground around the guest house may be different but the view is relaxing and secluded. We love seeing your pets, but please keep them kenneled if you leave.

Sportsman’s Country Lodge: The Fish House

Located in Webster, SD, this is a full service home with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom upstairs. There are 2 full beds, three twins (bunks), and a single bed in the bedrooms. There is also a queen bed in the pull-out couch in the living room. If you aren't fishing enjoy the 65 inch tv or the poker table. There is off street parking with a boat plug-in and a cleaning station in the garage. Please just take your fish scraps when you leave. TV is smart.

3-Bedroom House on Lake Poinsett

Escape to the lake! Come out and relax with family and friends! Year-round enjoyment - swimming, open water fishing, kayaking, ice fishing, snowmobiling and more! You will have private access to the lake with a dock. The dock is generally in the water May through Labor Day. Note: There are several stairs required to get down to the dock. Boat ramp and shared public beach nearby. Inquire about floating water mat if interested (additional cost).

4 bedroom vineyard home near Brookings, SD

Enjoy a get-away in a vineyard home. Beautifully decorated inside and out! Walk through the grape vines, sample the grapes, taste the wine and relax! The spacious 4 bedroom home has plenty of room for large groups. Open concept and multiple levels allow for your guests to come together and enjoy meals and conversation. A huge 800 sq ft patio makes for amazing outdoor entertaining. Enjoy the sunset over the vines.

Brookings Haven

This home will be all yours when you book! There are three beds, two bathrooms and two different living room areas with TVs to unwind after a long day of sports or work. This house is located near the Hillcrest Aquatic Center so you will be pretty well centrally located. The property has a large patio with a charcoal and gas grill available for guest use and two different kitchen areas.
