Enjoy a private dock on Lake Chickamauga with a private-entry, attached, studio apartment/efficiency featuring its own kitchenette and bathroom, with dedicated driveway for truck & boat trailer. Tuft & Needle mattresses. Perfect for the fishing fanatic OR those who enjoy water and the outdoors OR a romantic getaway. It is a short drive to great rock climbing at Pocket Wilderness, Hell's Kitchen, or Dogwood Boulders. Lake Chickamauga is seasonal; boats can use the dock mid April - October.

Cozy River House.

Delightful River House with beautiful views of the Tennessee River. Our kayaks are within walking distance to community boat ramp for exploring the river. 3 single kayaks and 1 double. On the main level, kitchen and living room, two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Lower level has family room, bedroom with twin bunk beds, 1 bathroom and laundry room. The way our house sits on the peninsula, not much boat parking. Our neighbor on Sertoma Drive owns Undercover Storage as an option for boat parking.

The large loft bedroom has a double bed and two twin beds, enough for the whole family or fishing buddies! Includes outdoor shower & grilling area.

Perched on a hill overlooking Lake Santeetlah, you are just a few steps from the lake and minutes from the Cherohala Skyway and Tail of the Dragon. Beautiful hikes and drives abound. The kitchen is fully equipped and Starlink internet provides a reliable connection for remote work. Take our canoe out for a trip around the lake, then relax in your own private hot tub under the stars after a long day of exploring.

Perfect spacious lake house by full-service marina

This spacious home offers a peaceful retreat and is the perfect location on Watts Bar Lake. The house has two living rooms with spectacular views from both levels with lots of room to spread out. Enjoy upper and lower-level decks for long-range views of the lake and mountains, with occasional spotting of eagles or ospreys. Terrace View Marina is less than a mile for boat rentals, boat launch, slips, fuel and restaurant. There are two kayaks available that can be launched at the marina.

Bring your fishing poles and/or boat and utilize the boat ramp at Cottonport Marina or the public boat ramp 2 miles away. You will have a beautiful riverfront view from the back deck, but not direct river access from the property.

Come relax and enjoy a little piece of Heaven in our Copper Top Cabin on the peaceful side of the Smoky Mountains. We are only a short distance away from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, historic Cades Cove, the Dragon and 1 hour away from Dollywood, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Copper Top cabin sits on a large spring fed pond stocked with bass, perch and catfish. Be sure to enjoy our paddle boat, canoe, kayak, or simply relax in the hammock or by the fire pit.
