The home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with residential-only traffic but is conveniently located less than a mile from I 235/Interstate 80 MixMaster and ten minutes from downtown DSM. Owners live in top floors so some noise is normal. Mini fridge with freeze and microwave available.
