I greet every guest so it is IMPORTANT to let me know your arrival time. IowaNice is a real thing not just a saying. Outside we have a pool (guaranteed to be open 5/26 - 9/5, but will do everything possible to have it open well before and after those dates based on weather!), hot tub (year round). Located 15min away from Downtown DSM & a mile away from a grocery store/restaurants.
