Winter is here and ski season is open at Granite Peak ski hill, we are 12 min drive away! ⛷️ ❄️ ⛄️ Our cozy, lovely one bedroom apartment is walking distance to everything downtown. 8 mins drive to Aspirus hospital. We are dog* friendly w/ a private garage. We pride ourselves in allowing our guests to truly explore and love Wausau as much as we do, but also feel safe and secure. We look forward to being your hosts. *Dog friendly (upon pet agreement approval). 40 lb one dog limit. No puppy.

Cozy, Quiet & Sanitized

* Extra sanitizing measures are in place during the COVID-19 Pandemic. * My place is cozy, clean, and quiet with all the comforts of home! It is located half way between the highway and downtown. You will have the entire upstairs to yourself during your stay, including a bedroom with a queen size bed, a bathroom with shower, and an open concept kitchen, dining area, living room, and work desk. You'll also have your own private entrance and free off street parking in the back of the house.

Secluded apartment at Summerwynd farmette

My place is quiet, serene and private, and secluded. Hear the rooster crow or collect your own eggs for your breakfast. Head down to the private pond to try your luck at fishing (no license required) or paddle boarding. If you need to warm up, use the sauna or the outdoor hot tub year round. It is an easy drive to the interstate. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and furry friends (pets). ski Granite Peak. Hike the Ice Age Trail. Close to Q&Z Expo and Pike Lake Wedding Barn

Beautiful apartment on Columbia Lake on the Chain 'O Lakes. Private deck and fishing dock. Perfect location for kayaking, fishing, or any other water recreational activity. Walking distance to two restaurants, two marinas and ice cream shop. Close to Hartman Creek State Park to access trails. Please be aware that a close venue has bands/music that can easily be heard when outside and the music may be heard when indoors. Three night minimum Memorial Day weekend - Labor Day weekend.

Located just two blocks from the downtown Wausau restaurant and shopping district, this modern ground floor 2 Bedroom apartment is tucked in a unique and private location which offers easy access to enjoy downtown by foot, bike or car. The apartment is well suited for a busy work trip, busy vacation, or just to relax. January 2026 note- Great skiing stay or work stay with our solid winter weather and snowfall. Great improvement in 2025 in adjacent downtown area and pedestrian access.

Birch Room-Private & Quiet,Ideal for travel worker

The Birch Room is one of two rental units available at The Mink Building in Iola, WI. The Birch Room is designed to provide a restful retreat and is ideal for third-shift contract workers, as it is very quiet. Walk to restaurants, coffee shops and a wellness studio across the street. The room includes a kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator and coffee bar. The building amenities available to guests include: a full-size kitchen, racquetball court/yoga studio, laundry and lounge.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located place. Located right on the 400 block with view of the stage from the large windows. Walking distance to the seasonally available ice-skating rink, Grand Theater, many restaurants and bars. In the summer, listen to the concerts on the square from your window! Amazing location! Original hardwood floors recently updated. Furnished with a queen size bed and a pull-out twin sofa bed, chair, table and chairs and fully equipped kitchen.
