Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located house in our town. The fire and police department are across the road- no you will not constantly hear sirens. However you can hear town traffic and sometimes the train in the distance. Walking distance to coffee cafe, restaurant, theater, antique shop, and gift shop. 9 miles from Loretta Lynn’s Ranch. Beautiful ranch for camping, tubing, and swimming. Great fishing and canoeing near by. We provide an EV charger.

Cabin, Family, Duck Hunt, Fish, TN River/KY Lake

The location is quiet and serene. On some nights, if you sit on the deck/front porch, you can hear music from the nearby marina. Our cabin is very clean and sleeps up to 8 comfortably (see options below). Duck Hunters, Fishermen, Gun Training students and Families visit the area as it is near the TN River/KY Lake, Pilot Knob, Lakeshore, and Eva Beach. 3 Options when booking: Option 1, 1 Bedroom (up to 2 guests) Option 2, 2 Bedrooms (up to 4 guests) Option 3, 3 Bedrooms (up to 8 guests)

After a long day, come home and relax by the outdoor fire pit, or play a game of corn hole. Southern hospitality at its finest!

Cottage By The Creek (One Hour (W) of Nashville)

Cottage by the Creek is a 600 sq ft converted grain barn built in the early 1900's. We've converted the space into a light and bright one bedroom, with a loft. There is a fully functional kitchen and custom bath with tile shower. The 30 ft front porch offers views of the cattle farm across the street and the year round flowing creek. Or enjoy the back patio with hot in and fire pit.

Welcome to the Little House. The Little House is a 2BR 1Bath house located within 5 miles of Kentucky Lake and 7 miles to downtown Waverly. Nestled in a peaceful setting this cabin like home offers a full kitchen, living room with an electric fireplace, and a front porch to enjoy the serene surroundings. "The honeymoon cabin" one hour west of Nashville is perfect for a weekend get away for two. Can sleep as many as four. A lovely place to seclude yourself from life's busyness. *Because of the uniqueness of our property, we REQUEST that all guests (only the person booking) sign the liability waiver sent to them two days before their arrival.
