Owner Lizzie purchased her former sorority house to turn it into a world-class accommodation. Built in 1927, Rose Cottage has been tastefully restored. This cozy Arts & Crafts brick cottage maintains original architectural details and features antique furniture throughout along with time-period appropriate light fixtures and decorative objects. Rose Cottage sets the standard for personalized service and unparalleled hospitality. You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay.

Germaine

We like to call this cottage Germaine, named after the previous owners wife. We live next door, so if you need anything, were just a knock away! This cottage was a labor of love and is fully renovated. It comes with all new plumbing, electrical, appliances, insulation, HVAC system, tankless water heater, and more. The house was built in 1940 so we modernized the home while staying true to the era. Germaine has one queen bed and a double size pull out couch. Two adults is a comfortable fit.

The Sanctuary Apartment

The Wayne Byrd Nest Condo

A cozy walkable downtown apartment that sleeps six. The Byrd Nest shares a building with a dance center and The Coop event space. You can also find Johnnie Byrd Brewing Company next door. The Byrd Nest is within walking distance of ten eating establishments, six bars and a coffee shop. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Equipped with a high end queen bed, comfy futon, pullout sofa, and clawfoot bathtub, the Byrd Nest is stylish and Wayne's most unique hotel offering.

D'Brick House in Wayne

D'Brick Cottage is located across from Wayne State College in Wayne, NE. This recently renovated 2-bedroom house offers a comfortable place to get away. Includes indoor fireplace, equipped kitchen with all appliances and conveniences, plus laundry in the basement. The perfect place to get some rest for traveling employees, visiting family, or just because. SPECIAL NOTE: The basement contains an apartment that is rented separately.

The Pearl St House

The Pearl St house is a home below ground level featuring two full bedrooms, one bathroom, an eat in kitchen, and a living room. There is off-street parking and a driveway. There are neighbors on either side of this home. This home has 4 stairs to decend to get into. Bedroom 1 holds two full-size beds, and Bedroom 2 has a queen-size bed. The kitchen also has cooking supplies, a microwave, and a coffee maker.

Enjoy the comforts of home in this unique space! There are 2 good sized bedrooms, a living room area, a full bath and even a laundry if needed. This is in my home, so we would share a kitchen and laundry. The highlight of this space is the outdoor entertainment area, with a BBQ and deck space to enjoy. There is off street parking and my home is located in a quiet, upscale residential area of town.
