NO kitchen, exactly, but most cooking needs met. A bit small for 4 adults. Quiet. Small outdoor patio with table and chairs. Charcoal grill. Right across the street is a fantastic restaurant, just down the block are a grocery store, two gas stations and a coffee shop.
