This property just underwent a top to bottom renovation and everything is brand new and ready for your stay. The large back patio offers the perfect location for an evening tea while watching the sunset.

Marshall University is less than a 15 minute drive. There are queen beds and TVs in both bedrooms. The WiFi is fast enough to work remotely, streaming, and gaming. The house has keyless entry and plenty of towels/toiletries. Washer and dryer are newer units. This house is close to both Huntington, WV and Ashland, KY.
