The home sits on 0.73 acres where you can sit under the trees in the backyard to read a book or enjoy the view. Note: There are 3 steps to enter house in front or four steps to enter through back door. It is not wheelchair accessible. If staying longer than 15 days, a lease agreement will be sent to you for signing.

Only 15 minutes to The Discovery Park of America. The home boasts three bedrooms, including 2 sets of bunk twin beds, a full bedroom, and a queen master suite. Large dining area and cozy living room is a home away from home. Convenient key-pad entry. The Maplemere is perfect for a quick trip or for a longer work stay.

This home features outside seating areas as well as covered patio. This home has a spacious living room with gas log fireplace and game table area. A spacious kitchen with modern appliances , with coffee maker. The back entrance has a foyer with built in desk.

Gated Country Retreat with Lakeview

This rustic lakeside home boasts 3 sleeping rooms, 3 bathrooms, and an upstairs bonus room. An ideal base to explore Martin, just 3.5 miles from city limits of Martin. To relax, try the surround jets in the master shower or soak in the jetted whirlpool tub. We only own the house and part of backyard. We do not own the lake, the land around the lake, or the shop behind the house. Fishing and recreation are not allowed on the lake at this time.

This is a quiet neighborhood on a serene side street. We accept pets with the additional pet fee. We also allow early check in and late check outs when available.
