Our cozy garden level suite is set up and priced to exceed our guest's expectations. The comments and reviews are rewarding us for what one guest called 'the best kept secret in Sevierville/Pigeon Forge'. The private entrance Suite is two blocks from Parkway, the main artery to the National Park. We are located in a peaceful neighborhood on a large well groomed lot, but are only minutes from Dollywood, shows and tourist activities, the Tanger Five Oaks Outlet Mall and dozens of restaurants.

Smoky Bear Lodge is a 4-plex boutique lodge across from the Smokies National Park! Each room is private with no shared living spaces. We are located on US-321, which leads directly into downtown Gatlinburg (20 min). The Maddron Bald National Park trail is 1 minute away . Dogs MUST BE on the reservation when booking. Dollywood is 35-40 mins away. There is an outdoor shared community area with Charcoal Grill, Picnic Table, Water Fall Feature, Fire Pit, and Large Game Room (In detached building)!

The Back Porch Retreat is a quiet walkout basement apartment in the peaceful home of John & Kaye Thomas that is located 2 miles from downtown Sevierville. The location is ideal for accessing Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, the Great Smoky Mountains, or Knoxville (for UT game days). Apartment includes 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen, living room, large back porch, and hot tub. The Retreat combines the modern conveniences that one would expect in an AB&B with a relaxing taste of life from the past.

Gatlinburg is about 15 minutes, the Great Smoky Mountains National Park 15 minutes. The condo is newly renovated with all oak/tile floors, a king size bed, queen sleeper sofa bed, sleeps 4, a walk in shower, high ceilings, 2 flat screen TVs, free wifi, a fully equipped kitchen, and an outdoor pool.

Strawberry Patch is a historic set of quaint cabins located on the Little River, in Townsend Tennessee. Townsend's central location is perfect for the adventurer or the city goer. Spend time here fishing in the river right outside your door, hiking in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park 3 minutes away or taking a short drive into Knoxville for an iconic UT football game. If that doesn't fill your vacation with plenty to do, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg are only a short drive away.

The Nuthouse is an oversized studio that boasts a king size bed, hide a bed couch, dining room table with 4 chairs, full bathroom and everything you need for a peaceful vacation. Even though it's a studio, it's large enough to not be crowded. The view from the windows of Mt. Laconte are beautiful. There are 12 acres that you can hike on and even a small outside chapel and gazebo to be used for an outside wedding (at an extra cost and it needs to be approved beforehand).
