Our studio is a new, bright, clean, and distinctive space in the treetops that is separate from our main house to ensure privacy. We are 4.5 miles away from downtown and 6 miles from airport. We are next to the Colorado river in a well kept neighborhood with a hike and bike trail by the river and the beautiful 7 mile Walnut Creek Trail that's paved. Gil Haus, nestled on 20 private acres, is the perfect luxurious modern farmhouse for a quick getaway from the city. Built in the late 1930s, this stunning interior will spoil you with Bertazzoni appliances and custom clawfoot soaking tub. Enjoy nature from the back porch, relaxing in the Adirondack chairs around the fire pit. This secluded home is ideal for a romantic trip, or it can offer a peaceful stay when you want to escape the city. Animals or 'visiting' animals are not allowed.

This is a one room air-conditioned & heated cabin with a twin & a double bed & a small kitchen. Happy Horse is Elegant Camping/Glamping: the darling outhouse and hot water shower (enclosed but open to the moon & stars) are only a few yards away from the porch. BBQ grill & picnic table a few feet from the porch. Hot water sink nearby.

You'll be staying in a 1985 Avion 34V. This camper is updated and clean and has a million dollar view. Two twin beds and a queen bed. The tub/shower in this camper is spacious and the kitchen has what you need to make your favorite meals. The covered deck includes comfortable furniture to enjoy the enclosed fireplace and the majestic river view. Gas grill w smoker box. Wifi! Kayaks and SUPs are also available if you'd like to rent them to paddle the river.
