We are just up the road from Historic Downtown Ogden, only 5 min from iFly Utah, 5 min from Weber State University, 15 min from Hill Air Force Base and the Northrop facilities. Close to many hiking and biking trails, as well as lakes and reservoirs. If you love skiing as much as we do you can get to 12 ski resorts in under 1.5 hours with the closest being only 30 min away. You’ll have a private entrance to the downstairs. We occupy the upstairs.

You can enjoy a nice, quiet evening at the fireplace, grill in the backyard, or check out what’s around (Hill Aerospace Museum, Antelope Island, Great Salt Lake, etc.). We are upgrading and updating the house as we can. The laundry room is in the basement, but separate from this apartment.

Attractions within 30 minutes include Lagoon amusement park, and Cherry Hill water park and Pineview dam. Salt Lake International airport is 45 minutes from this home. There is a big backyard that is fenced with patio and bbq grill. Kitchen is fully furnished.
