"Bucking Bull Bunkhouse" on Bucking Bull Farm

Experience this "ole" west one of a kind cabin and go back in time to the early 1900s. Take a soaking bath in the cowboy brothel type tub. Get a laugh seeing a recreated outhouse bathroom but with a modern toilet. Enjoy eating on a chuck wagon tabletop. Additionally, sit by an open firepit and make complimentary s'mores all while gazing at the galaxy of stars, watching the wildlife, and viewing our cattle during the day. Molly our gentle jersey may even let you pet her at the fenceline.

Deluxe Cabin on Pond Sleeps 4 ~Wi-fi ~Smart TV~Pet

Muscadine Manor is a cozy cabin retreat that sleeps up to 4 with a queen bed and a full sofa bed. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, comfy living space, washer/dryer, and all linens provided. Step outside to your private picnic table and firepit with grill, perfect for evenings under the stars. Guests also have access to the resort’s pond and pier, walking trails, playground, dog park, camp store, and game room with pool table and darts—everything you need for a relaxing getaway. About 45 minutes from Shreveport/Bossier City, our lake house is located on a quiet curve of Lake Bistineau, known for its Spanish Moss-draped cypress trees and lovely sunsets. Please note that the Louisiana Wildlife and Fisheries has begun the annual drawdown to try to control the giant Sylvania weed. We can always see water from our property, but the water’s edge is out past the trees. Great for a walk in the lakebed! also, please check out our neighboring property, Shades of Blue!

Located about a 25-minute drive from Shreveport/Bossier City, Tonya’s Bistineau retreat sits on a beautifully landscaped 1-acre lot on a quiet dead-end street. You will love sitting out on the patio with your morning coffee watching and listening to all the birds and wildlife. There is a large fenced in back yard where the little ones can play safely while you relax with your favorite beverage and enjoy the picturesque scenery.

The Minden Belle

This historic home is on Broadway making it easy to get to everything in Minden! Walkable to downtown churches, stores, coffee shops and restaurants! The rich history makes your stay memorable too! Dr. Milton Richardson owned this home from 1963-1989 during which time he, along with his brother, Tom and father Sam, also doctors, started the Minden Medical Center, just a short walk down the street! Dr. Milton’s granddaughter, Liz, now owns the home and is your Superhost!
