Condo is walking distance to shopping, food, and entertainment. Within minutes to beaches, Moffit, VA hospital, USF, downtown, Ybor, Malls, Bush Gardens, Zoo, Museums, and more. Remodeled Water Front Property with beautiful furnishings. There are two bedrooms, two baths, and a large lanai overlooking the canal. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. Walking distance to Chassahowitzka campgrounds, a bait shop, and a bar/restaurant. Fish off the private boat dock: covered parking, bonus lanai room. We have two fishing kayaks available for use. THE OWNER TAKES NO LIABILITY FOR THE USE OF KAYAKS. There's so much to see here with the manatees and dolphins swimming by or the eagles and other wildlife flying above your head. This is old Florida at its best. Kayak the Weeki Wachee River and come back to the house for a quiet night around the fire pit playing a game of corn hole.
