House in Pezinok with swimming pool, Bratislava

My house is situated in beutifull town in small distance from Bratislava.(20min) Area is very private with all new-build houses around, very close to vineyards and woods close by. It' s suitable for 6people. Downstairs area consists from one large open living area with large sofa, television and kitchen with all equipments, dishwasher,fridge-freezer,oven,microwave and all electrical appliances needed. Upstairs have 3 large bedrooms. Every bedroom have a smart TV. One Bathroom with bath,shower,toilet and washing machine. The house is perfect for larger families,group of people,couples or alone travelers for holiday or business trip, good for few-days stay, longer stay. Outside have a large garden with small swimming-pool,large patio with BBQ grill,lovely sitting area for summer days.

Nahe dem Stadtzentrum, nur wenige Minuten von den Strandbädern Neusiedl & Weiden (5 Min Auto, 30 Min zu Fuß) - ist diese verträumte Wohnung ein guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflugsziele des nördlichen Burgenlands. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Sous-terrain des Hauses (angenehm kühl im Sommer). Die Vermieterin wohnt im Obergeschoss. Ein separater Eingang, Bad im SZ, WC, eigene Küche mit Grundausstattung für gemütliche Kochabende und viele Nischen im Garten, laden zum ungestörten Verweilen ein.

Dank der großen Fenster sind alle Räume sehr hell. Besonderes Augenmerk wurde auf die hochwertige Einrichtung gelegt. So findet man unter anderem eine Küche und einen Esstisch mit Sesseln aus Elsbeer-Vollholz. Im gesamten Chalet gibt es kostenloses WLAN, welches jedoch auf Wunsch auch ausgeschaltet werden kann. The chalet is located at the edge of the forest in the medieval town of Hainburg an der Donau with a view of the Donauauen National Park. The "Donauland Carnuntum" area offers delightful hiking and biking trails, culture and culinary delicacies. Excursions to Bratislava, the Roman city of Carnuntum or the nearby Marchfeld castles by bike or boat are particularly recommended in the summer months. Or you just enjoy the tranquility of nature with romantic sunsets and let your mind wander.

A fedett teraszon INFRASZAUNA és DÉZSAFÜRDŐ áll vendégeink rendelkezésére. „ezer sziget országa, ahová a nyugalom is pihenni jár” A passzív és az aktív kikapcsolódásra vágyóknak is ideális választás vagyunk. A légkondicionált ház jó elhelyezkedésű, közvetlen szomszédok nincsenek, a meglévők kellő távolságra vannak. Nyaralónk nem közvetlen vízparti, de az út túloldalán már a szabályozott Duna-ág húzódik. A helyi idegenforgalmi adó külön fizetendő, melynek mértéke 300 HUF/fő/éj.

OAKTREEHOUSE - SLEEP IN THE TREEHOUSE

TREEHOUSE is installed on four adult oaks. A wooden bridge leads directly to the terrace with a view of the surrounding trees. The house is connected to the electricity grid. Water is supplied in containers and is used for hand washing and basic hygiene. Inside our treehouse there is a chair and a sofa bed, basic kitchen equipment, electric kettle for water, plates etc. Dry toilet is located 15m from the treehouse. Attic is reserved for sleeping (2 people). Sofa bed is downstairs.

Kleines Sommerhaus am Neusiedler See

Das kleine Gästehaus liegt direkt in Weiden am Neusiedler See. Der Strand ist ca. 1km entfernt und mit Auto bzw. Rad leicht erreichbar. Radverleih gibt es in der Nähe. Der Radweg um den See ist bei den Gästen sehr beliebt. Wassersportaktivitäten: Surfen, Segeln, SUP (Verleih gegen Gebühr am Strand). Anbindung ans öffentliche Netz mittels S-Bahn im Ort. Zum Flughafen ca. 25 Autominuten. Das Gartenhaus ist gut für Paare, alleinreisende Abenteurer und Familien mit Kindern geeignet.
