Fernwood Forest

This is a true log cabin in the woods adjoining 9,000 acres of Chattahoochee National Forest. The home is on a small creek in a valley by Taylor's Ridge with private trails to the top of the mountain. There is a large stone fireplace in the den. Though it is a rustic setting we have great WIFI and streaming 4K HDR TV. We have space and facilities for dog and horse owners. Cloudland Canyon, Jarrod's Place Bike Park, Dalton, GA, and Chattanooga, TN are nearby and great day time destinations.

Oakleaf Hideaway is a recently renovated cottage nestled in the trees on 20 private acres on top of Lookout Mountain. Located just 1.5 miles from the visitor's center at Desoto State Park, the cottage is close to everything including the restaurants of downtown Mentone, Little River Canyon, and shopping in Ft. Payne.

Mountain Lake Escape

This is a mother in law suite that is located right at the foot of Lookout Mountain and just in front of Weiss Lake. Here you are less than a mile from a public boat access. Minutes away from Cherokee Rock Village, Little River Canyon, Little River, Coosa River, and Neely Henry Lake. The suite sets just above our attached garage that you will have a parking space in to keep you out of the weather. It has its own door and is separate from the main house.

Bring your gear and go! 15 minutes to Rome. 19 miles to Indian River ATV Park. 26 miles to Highland Off-road Park. We have room to park trucks and trailers.
