Centrally located along the St. Johns River, Moonlite Retreat is 100 yards from the main channel and 500 yards from Welaka Spring. Come sip a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise over your private boathouse from the comfort of your private screen porch. Then leave from your boathouse and explore the St Johns River.

Enjoy stunning lake views while sipping your morning coffee on the back deck. Lots of paddling options exist here on spring-fed Sand Lake. Hosts offer a paddle boat, canoe, and paddle boards for your enjoyment. Practice yoga on your own private deck, fish from the dock, or star gaze around the campfire each night. Sportsman's Bluff

Nestled atop a serene bluff, the house offers a fantastic retreat for guests. In addition, there is a private floating dock where you can tie up to a 28 ft boat after a beautiful day fishing or enjoying the water. Please note, access to the dock requires walking up and down approximately 36 stairs (see photo of bluff). Whether you’re exploring the nearby attractions or simply relaxing on the bluff, we’re happy to assist you with any questions before or during your stay a Sportsman’s Bluff.
