Family Friendly, Short Drive to The Mountain.

Note - It's time for an upgrade! The house is getting all new windows and siding. Things might be a little bit mismatched outside and the exterior color is changing to green. The property is located on the Sandy River, stroll along the banks, easily walk 200' to the waters edge. The neighborhood is set amongst tall fir trees and a wonderful mix of quiet older homes, A relaxing hot tub is just outside the master bedroom, on 1 of our spacious decks. Holidays require 3or4 night min stay. This is a NON-SMOKING house. We welcome your pets, $40 fee for each pet.
